HOW TO USE:

- The conf.php file is used to change the settings of the project.

- The monthlist.txt file is used to specify which months show in the month 
drop down menu.  Only numerical representations, such as "2" or "06", of the 
months will work.

- The yearlist.txt file is used to specify which years show in the year drop 
down menu.  Only four digit numerical representations, such as "1998" or
"2007", of the years will work.
